Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Vehicles Bus Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our commercial bus products, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for commercial buses within designated territories.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our buses.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable transactions.
- Close sales deals effectively and ensure timely delivery of buses to customers.
- Collaborate with the finance team to assist customers with financing options and payment plans.
Post-Sales Support:
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on market conditions and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the commercial bus market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
