Sales Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with strong technical skills to join our dynamic automotive trading team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical expertise to assist in selling automotive products. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

·      Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of automotive components, parts, and accessories.

·      Assist customers and sales team members with technical inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements in the automotive sector.

Sales Support:

·      Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

·      Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers as needed.

·      Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.

·      Coordinate product demonstrations and technical workshops for potential customers.

Order Processing:

·      Handle order processing, including order entry, tracking, and shipment coordination.

·      Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.

·      Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies efficiently.

Customer Service:

·      Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

·      Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

·      Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

Data Management:

·      Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and inventory data.

·      Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

·      Assist in forecasting sales and inventory needs.

Communication:

·      Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments.

·      Ensure all parties are informed of order status, technical updates, and relevant information.

Administrative Duties:

·      Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in automotive sales coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Presentation skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive components and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing top-notch service.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
