Sales Manager – Automotive -Dealership Car Business

Selling, managing and inspiring sales staff, as well as promoting and supporting car-selling techniques are all duties of an automotive sales manager. They carry out conventional management tasks like planning schedules, giving training, conducting interviews, hiring employees, and creating objectives. They must have exceptional people skills and be able to communicate with anyone. As an automotive sales manager, you sell automobiles on your own while concentrating on developing the strategies, plans, and promotions that enable your teams to sell cars.

Role and Responsibilities

  • An experienced SME/Retail Sales Manager is presently being sought after to join our Dealership Automobile brand in Dubai.
  • Develop strategies for expanding SME/Retail sales and customer contacts across the UAE.
  • Reach volume and net margin budget for SME/Retail sales.
  • Establish and maintain performance standards for SME/Retail Sale Executives.
  • Use effective hiring techniques to find the top candidates.
  • Use a collaborative approach to get the best performance from all stakeholders.
  • Create marketing plans with the OEM to enhance consumer connections.
  • Keep an accurate and thorough database for all previous and present customers.
  • Keep costs under control, keep debtors under control, and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Obtain the highest customer satisfaction ratings possible.
  • Should have the ability to manage teams and coach them to become more cohesive.
  • He/She can also create and put into practice best practices and assess the company’s strengths and potential growth areas.
  • Make sure top-notch SME/retail presentation requirements are met.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and abilities:

  • Degree from any recognized university or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of automotive experience, UAE experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of New Car SME and retail sales.
  • Automotive Management experience is essential.
  • High-level automotive business sales experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills, Business and financial acumen, Process orientation, Leadership and development, Cultural awareness, and Problem-solving.
  • Driving license is a must.
  • English is a must and fluency in Arabic and other regional and international languages is a distinct advantage.
