B2B/B2C Sales Executive for Dealership

Job Description:

An Automotive Sales Executive is responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers in a dealership setting. They play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong knowledge of automotive products, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote and sell new and used vehicles to prospective customers.

· Provide product information, demonstrate features, and conduct test drives.

· Identify and understand customers’ needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicle options.

· Negotiate prices, financing options, and trade-in values to close sales.

· Follow up with potential customers to maintain relationships and secure future sales.

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

· Provide accurate and up-to-date information on vehicle availability, pricing, and promotions.

· Assist customers with financing options, paperwork, and vehicle delivery processes.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive industry trends, features, and technology.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of the dealership’s vehicle inventory and available options.

· Educate customers about vehicle features, specifications, performance, and maintenance requirements.

· Conduct ongoing research to anticipate customers’ questions and concerns.

· Complete sales documentation, including purchase agreements, finance applications, and vehicle registration.

· Collaborate with the finance and insurance departments to ensure smooth transactions.

· Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.

· Set and achieve sales targets and objectives as outlined by the dealership.

· Monitor and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

· Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Having 5 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with financing options and related paperwork.
  • Proficient in using sales management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
